The luxury villa/Cottage located in Sesimbra Castle hill, facing
the ocean with a wonderful view to the village bay and beaches.

The villa has a fully equipped kitchen. We have a bar in the upper
part of the house, where is a 2nd living room with a panoramic
view, with a fantastic balcony perfect to relax.

The garden has a BBQ, private swimming pool & gardens for
relaxation and a children play area.

Near to many beautiful beaches and of course a large choice of
special seafood restaurants, as well as access to a lot of
activities related with the sea.

The Villa is newly constructed and is furnished to ensure a
pleasant stay for its guests. It can accommodate up to 8 people.

The prices are based on occupancy of max 8 people (adults or any
person above 7). The price will increase with 150 Euros per week
for groups larger then 8 with a maximum of 9

The house keeping once per week is included in the shown fares. Any
additional cleaning could be added against an additional 66 Euros
fee
Changeover day at Saturdays. Other days possible, except during
summer months
booking: in case of being interested the payments are made by bank
transfer and the reservation is granted after a 40% of payment of
the total amount corresponding to the concerned period. Afterwards
the time will be blocked.

security deposit: An 500€ amount as safe deposit must be send by
bank transfer or delivered at arrival the amount of 500 € in cash
(against receipt) required to cover against damage or cleaning
above what would be the normal house use. This quantity will be
normally refunded by bank transfer after the end of your stay if
the property is properly given over and is sent within 1 or 2 days
and within a maximum 2 weeks (if some damages has been reported and
calculation of repair costs has been needed).

Cancellation - in the event of the client booking cancellation, the
payments made until that time are non refundable.

Booking changes - changes to booking arrangements should be advised
in writing way, whilst every effort will be made to accommodate
your request, anyway and unfortunately we can give no guarantees.

Insurance- it is recommended that clients take out independent
travel insurance. Damages or on property as well damage and undue
use outside house perimeter of furniture and all other house
belongings caused intentionally or by negligent use by guests are
not covered by any insurance, so is not allowed and than is
entirely a guests responsibility to support it.

Check-in standard from Saturday 04:00 PM - check-out Saturday by
10:30 AM. Check-in/Check out from 20:00 to 00:00, will be charged
30€, and from 20:00 to 8:00 will be charged 40€.

Internet USB pen available for 10€/600MB (no time limit).

Earlier check-in can be possible; call upon arrival to verify.

Neighborhood and location

The Sesimbra village is located in the middle of the so called 'Costa
Azul', set on a curving turquoise bay 40 km south of Lisbon.

Sesimbra is both an attractive fishing town and popular tourist
resort. Protected from north winds by the slopes of the Serra da
Arrábida, it was occupied by the Romans and later the Moors.

12 km west of Sesimbra, there is a flat promontory of Cabo Espichel, a
wild enchanted place with magnificent views northwards to Lisbon and
the mouth of the River Tagus.

Sesimbra is also located in core of the Setúbal peninsula which means
that the neighborhood is made of 2 natural reserves such as beautiful
Arrábida reserve and the Sado river estuary reserve (known for its
colony of dolphins). For the golf fans there are 3 golf courses in the
proximity (Perú,Aroeira and Montado).

Location Details
Lisbon is only 50kms away and easy to reach whether by car or bus. Cheap
flights available from aerlingus.com, easyjet.co.uk and Monarch
Airlines. Or fly with Ryanair to Faro and then drive up to Sesimbra
which takes just 2 hours

You can rent a car at the airport, all the major car rental companies
are represented there, such as Avis, Hertz, Europcar and Sixt. We can
arrange an airport transfer. Simply send an email and we will make the
necessary arrangements
