bedrooms on the first floor with terraces.

A fully equipped spacious kitchen adjoining the dining room with
comfortable chairs surrounding a large wooden dining table. Leading
outside is a terrace with a built-in gas barbeque and another
dining area.

The living room has three comfortable leather sofas and a beautiful
large fireplace. SKY TV with extra channels, DVD player, broadband
internet access and music centre.

Leading outdoors is a conservatory with wicker seating and views
out to the 14 x 4m pool and another outdoor dining area.

A wonderful location for families and safe for children. The
grounds are fully fenced and gated and there is an alarmed security
system. A safe environment in probably the nicest neighbourhood of
Tavira, a quiet and private area with plenty of mature trees and
greenery.

Two double bedrooms with spectacular uninterrupted sea views from
south facing terraces and two twin bedrooms with views north, out
to the surrounding countryside.

Two large roof terraces on the second floor with commanding views
south out to the lagoons and coast of the Ria Formosa nature
reserve and north to the rolling hills.

A pathway leads through the grounds, down hill into a quiet lane
that brings you into the heart of Tavira in about 10 minutes walk.

Within Tavira numerous cafes and restaurants offer an abundance of
fresh and local cuisine and a low key charasmatic nightlife.

Summer season brings some great entertainment and culture to Tavira,
offering two open air cinema festivals, street theatre, outdoor
concerts and performances for all ages plus some craft, book, antique,
gastronomic, record and antique fairs.

A great way for all the family to enjoy the coolness of the evenings
after days spent on the beautiful beaches in the area or catching sun
around the pool at home.

Beaches in the area are reached either by charming small ferry boats,
aquataxi, miniture train, by foot or by car. The nearest beach, Ilha
de Tavira, is on the otherside of the lagoon and has beach hut
restaurants and bars which serve late into the night. Other quieter
beaches are reached within 10 to 20 minutes by car and offer miles and
miles of beautiful clean white sand and dunes. A wonderful environment
for small children.

Excellent golf courses in near proximity of villa including Quinta da
Ria, Quinta da Cima, Benamor and Monte Rei. Reached between 8 and 18
minutes drive.

Water parks, Zoo Marine and other funparks are reached within an hours
drive.

Seville is only 1.5 hours drive away and Lisbon is approximately 3
hours drive away.

Tavira and its surrounding area is steeped in history and has many
places of natural beauty well worth visiting.

Changeover day is flexible, although we prefer to keep bookings as close
together as possible.
