Casa Encosta is a luxury 4 bedroom villa with a private heated pool and superb sea views from the first floor terrace. Situated in Encosta do Lobo, a small development within Vale do Lobo, Europe's finest golf and beach resort. Located close to local amenities and championship golf courses, the villa is around a 10 minutes walk to the beach and Praca.

Vale do Lobo itself offers top class restaurants, bars and nightlife. Family entertainment is also provided for those holidaying with young children. With all of these amenities just 10 minutes walk from the villa, there really is something for everyone!

The modern open plan lounge / dining area is tastefully decorated and has plenty of comfy seating. There is a large flat screen satellite TV (full Sky package), surround sound, internet connection, DVD and CD player. The dining room seats 8 persons comfortably, and patio doors lead to the pool and garden area.

There is a large modern fully equipped kitchen with fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob, second drinks fridge and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer.

The Master bedroom has a queen size bed and an en suite bathroom with a jacuzzi bath. Patio doors lead out to a large furnished sun terrace with superb views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding Vale do Lobo area.

There is a twin bedroom on the first floor with has an additional sofa bed that can sleep two. Patio doors lead to the large sun terrace with sea views which is a shared terrace with the Master bedroom. There is a separate shower room.

On the ground floor are two twin bedrooms, both with en suite bathrooms with jacuzzi baths. One of the bedrooms has patio doors leading to the poolside terrace, and the other has patio doors leading to the side terrace and garden. Both bedrooms can also be made up as doubles.

Satellite TV is available in all bedrooms.

The swimming pool measures 10 metres x 5 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge. There are covered terraces, large lawn area and a gas BBQ. There is gazebo in the garden with tables and chairs providing extra shade.
