Come and enjoy a family holiday in Villa ‘Areia Azul’ is a very
spacious 4 bedroom, 5 bathroom villa
suitable for up to 8 adults – it boasts a fabulous indoor/outdoor
living space perfect for two families sharing or several friends
enjoying a sunny holiday together. In the garden and poolside there
is a music system, also lots of outdoor sofa’s, sunloungers, dining
tables and chairs to totally forget about the ‘real world’ now’s
the time to relax and soak up the Algarvean sunshine.

There is a brand new party kitchen with large island unit – perfect
for mixing up G&T's at cocktail o’clock, then move on out to the
outdoor entertainment area with bbq, all weather music system,
shady terraces, grassy garden and a massive pool that is 11 metres
x 6 metres – you can do proper laps or have a fantastic pool
volleyball game in or if that’s too energetic you can just cool off
in the outdoor shower and flop out on a sunlounger and read your
favourite book.

The combined lounge / dining room has 5 terrace doors leading onto
the outdoor area – there is a wonderful feeling of space and light,
there is plenty of room for everyone to relax and chill out while
on holiday. The living area also has internet connection and
laptop, plasma tv, sky satellite and playstation games console to
keep the kids amused. All four spacious bedrooms have their own
ensuite bathrooms and the upstairs bedrooms each have a terrace
with views over to the Nature Reserve - enjoy watching the sun dip
away on the horizon.

hair dryers, heated towel rails.
Kitchen: Granite work surfaces, central island, wine rack, fridge,
freezer, extractor fan, double sink, hob, oven, dishwasher,
microwave, espresso machine, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, full
compliment of utensils, crockery and cookware.
Living Room: 5 sets of patio doors opening onto the garden and pool
area, several leather sofa’s with chaise longue, oak dining table
and 8 chairs, 37" LCD TV, playstation and games, laptop and
internet access, heating – open log fire in winter, air
conditioning, satelite TV, iPod stereo, DVD and CD player.
Utility Room: Children's beach toys, beach umbrella, ironing board,
iron and cleaning products, washing machine, tumble dryer.
Outside Large private pool 11 m x 6 m, sun shade awning,
toiletries, welcome basket, children's books and toys, outdoor
table, chairs and sunloungers, bbq, outdoor sofas, secure off
street parking.
Cleaning/ towels/ linen/ maid service: Mid stay Maid service, bath
and beach towels supplied, bedding supplied.

The development of Varandas do Lago is set in the heart of the Ria
Formosa Nature Reserve, neighbouring Club do Ancão and Vale do Garrão.
Surrounded by beautiful pine forests, the development is within easy
reach of the famous golf courses of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo,
close to miles and miles of golden beaches.

Faro town is a 15 minute drive there is a large shopping centre that
offers good facilities. Most tours offer a pickup/dropoff bus service
from Vale do Lobo to the attractions. Options include horse riding,
fishing, yachting/sailing, shark, dolphin watching, 4x4 safari tours
and Cultural visits. There is also an Aqua Park and a swim with
dolphin experience (30 mins drive). In the villa is a well stocked
folder with all the details of the attractions so you can read at
leisure and book you choices.

In Almancil (5 minutes drive) has Apolonia Supermarket (excellent
continental selection of foods and wine) they accept all major credit
cards and next door is Aldi (cash only or Portuguese registered multi
banco cards). In Faro (15 minutes drive) there is a large shopping
centre with Jumbo and Pingo Doce supermarkets. Just up the hill in
Loule there are several supermarkets including Continente, Modelo,
Pingo Doce and Lidl.

Faro airport is a short drive away only 15 minutes, or we can arrange a
taxi pick up for you. We can also arrange car hire for you.

Changeover days are flexible but during the summer months it is more
likely to be on a weekday. It is necessary to vacant the
villa by 10.30am on the day of departure in the high season.

During the low season the villa
can be rented as 1, 2, 3 or
whole villa depending on your
requirements. If rented this way
the maximum occupancy per
bedroom is 2 adults.
If you rent only 1,2 or 3
bedrooms the remaining
bedrooms will be locked. You
are still renting the entire villa
but not all the
bedrooms/bathrooms. You will
have access to all the other
rooms in the villa.
