Casablanca is the result of a project developed in the 1980s by the English architect Clive Batchelor. The mix of contemporary outline with Arabic styling and typical Algarve building elements, as shown in the roof, whitewashed walls, or traditional interior vaulted ceilings, has allowed the villa to remain an architectural icon for the resort town.
Set in a plot of 2500 square metres, Casablanca offers a covered area of 300 sq. metres divided into three floors.
A high standard and beautiful villa in the quiet Vilamoura resort surrounded by pine and palm trees, ideal for those wanting peace, relax, luxury and comfort. The villa has been tastefully decorated to the highest standards - one of the main features is a superb interior garden opened to all the lounge with fresh and green vegetation which is covered by a transparent vault. All this social area is very luminous and white.
Each of the bedrooms is privileged to its own terrace, air-conditioning and unit for electric heating, making this villa an all year round destination.

Casablanca is divided into three Floors:

GROUND FLOOR:
A Spacious area of three interconnected rooms as follows: Living room with two large and comfortable sofas opening to the other two rooms: another social area with Moroccan sofas and the hanging fireplace and the dining room with its round Indian table beneath a finely hand vaulted ceiling enhance the atmosphere of charm and luxury. Reminiscent of a Moorish Oasis, the luxuriant interior garden, with its domed skylight, floods the social area with light and freshness. French windows leading onto a lovely covered terrace - provided with a comfortable garden furniture – ideal for outdoor dining. Comfortable TV room with sofas, satellite TV and DVD player.
Fully fitted Kitchen opening into the round Dining room with views over the garden and swimming pool.
Master bedroom with a King size bed, Ensuite bathroom and separate shower. Sliding doors leading into a garden.
Laundry with a private terrace and a Shower room.

UPPER FLOOR:
Leisure room with comfortable Moroccan sofas, music centre, open fireplace and doors opening into a Terrace surrounding the house with delightful views over the front garden and the pool.

EXTERIOR:
Outside, next to the covered terrace and the pool you have a barbecue where you can cook fresh fish and shellfish from the Atlantic Ocean available in the daily market of Quarteira, the best at Algarve only a 5 minute drive from the villa.
The swimming pool is set in beautiful landscaped gardens, with pine and palm trees and a wealth of colourful flowers and shrubs.
Adults pool: 10 metres long and 5 metres wide (the depth is from 1 to 2,5 metres); round pool for children - 3 metres diameter and 50cm deep.
The covered Terrace, the pool with its own showerroom, the Barbecue area and shady garden produced by majestic pine trees and palms, complete the peaceful and relaxing atmosphere on this magical journey through Middle Eastern culture.

Vilamoura is a special place, a unique leisure and recreation resort community where the peace of life is so easy it feels summer all year round. Golf, tennis, horse-riding, equipment to go fishing, a casino and an aerodrome are complemented by a tourist complex where the marina is set. Bars, hotels, restaurants and a yacht club comprise the attractions for those who pass by.
The Old Course at the backstage of the villa is one of the four Vilamoura golf courses and one of the best in the country, enjoying an excellent international reputation due to its recognised quality.
