Payment Policy
To confirm your booking, you need to send 25%(previews booking-3 month) 50%(less than 3 month) of the total cost of your holiday. We also ask for a breakage deposit of 200€, wich will be returned intact 1 week after your stay, assuming there are no deductions.
We accepted bank transfers and credit cards payment. The remaining 75% 50% and the €200 of the deposit will be paid at the arrival.
Cancellation Policy
In case of cancellation of stay for the second contractor will apply the following penalties, depending on the period of advance notice of cancellation to the first contractor:
More than 8 weeks - Deposit of reserve. Less than 8 weeks - Deposit reserve + 20% of the remaining. Less than 6 weeks - Deposit reserve + 40% of the remaining. Less than 4 weeks - the reservation deposit + 60% of the remaining. Less than 2 weeks - the reservation deposit + 80% of the remaining.
Less than 1 week - the reservation deposit + 100% of the remaining.
