Traditional portuguese vacation property in a quiet rural environment as part of a small town - Campo - near Caldas da Rainha, 7 kilometers from the portuguese west coast, with excellent access by highways A8, A15 and A17. It has a patio with 250m2, and a small garden in front of the house.
It has three double rooms and one single room, a living room, a kitchen and dining room, and two bathrooms. Free wireless WiFi internet available in the house.
Excellent gastronomy, with very good small villages cheap restaurants. Fantastic places for surfing, windsurfing, kite surfing, canoeing, hiking, horseback riding. Excellent beaches (some deserted all year, even in August) within a range of 25 kilometers and the closest to 7 kilometers (Foz do Arelho).

From Lisbon Airport, heading north, taking A8 highway, the house is 50 minutes away - 86 kms.

€290,00 during low season up to 4 guests. €350,00/€450,00 during midseason up to 4 guests. €490,00 during high season up to 4 guests. Higher number of guests, pay €25,00 each. Prices for a week stay.

For cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival, there is no fee. For cancellation less than 15 days prior to arrival there is a fee of €50,00. Cancellations more than 30 days prior to arrival there is a fee of €100,00. Travel insurance is advised.
