This is the first season we have rented this lovely brand new architect designed villa in Alcantarilha, near Armacao de Pera. This beautifully appointed 4 bedroom property (sleeps 8) has 3 bedrooms on the first floor (en-suite) and 1 bedroom on the ground floor with its own adjacent bathroom. The villa has a large entrance hall with a floor to ceiling stunning glass wall.

A large open lounge / dining room with French windows all-round and double French doors that lead onto the terrace. A fully fitted luxury kitchen with all mod cons. Another unique feature are the double French doors that lead from the kitchen onto the large terrace allowing easy access for alfresco dining. The grounds are landscaped with palm trees and strategically placed lighting that make dining outside an enjoyable experience.

Located on a peaceful urbanisation and within walking distance to the longest sandy beach on the Algarve. The villa is fully air conditioned and every bedroom room has its own balcony. Strictly no smoking within the premises

We can accept payments by credit card, cheque or bank transfer in GBP or Euro.

Weekly rental prices are inclusive of gas, water and electricity charges

A 25% deposit is required on confirmation of booking. The balance is due six weeks prior to your arrival date.

Our cancellation policy is as follows: All cancellations must be received in writing.

Up to 9 weeks before arrival, loss of deposit. *7-8 weeks before arrival 50% of the cost.

5-6 weeks before arrival 75% of the cost.

4 Weeks or less before arrival 100% of the total cost.

An administration fee will be charged on all refunds.

Cots and high chairs are available for hire at 18 euros and 10 euros per week respectively.

These must be booked in advance.

Your accommodation is reserved from 4pm on the day of arrival and will need to be vacated by 12 noon on your day of departure.

A refundable breakage/security deposit of 200 euros is payable in cash on arrival.

This will be refunded upon departure and subject to any damage or breakages that may occur.
