Villa Maria is located in Vale Centeanes, Algarve, Portugal, situated between picturesque Carvoeiro and the small fishing village of Benagil.
This stunning villa is set close to the cliff tops. A 90 second walk and you have spectacular views for miles down the coast to Praia de Rocha and beyond to Lagos. You overlook the Blue Flag beach, Praia do Vale de Centianes. On the spectacular beach there are sun beds, umbrellas, parking, a lifeguard and Restaurant O'Stop with its amazing sea views. And all just a 5 minute walk away !
You can walk for miles along the cliffs in either direction enjoying the most stunning views of the ocean. The sea is turquoise, the sand golden, the sandstone cliffs red and the sky blue. It's all so relaxing and colourful with beautiful birds.

Villa Maria has four large double bedrooms and bathrooms, three with walk in wet room/showers. All bedrooms have quiet air conditioning units (extra) with silent Hunter ceiling fans. There are two double beds, (one King and one Queen size) with four singles that can zip together to make doubles. All the beds are very comfortable. In addition there are two baby cots with new spacetec and coolmax covered mattresses.
The kitchen is large and well equipped with dishwasher, fridge and washing machine. There are UK, German, French and Spanish channels on the satellite television system along with a good supply of German books. From the top roof terrace you have extensive sea views reaching down the coast to Portimão and beyond to Alvor and Lagos. The plot, about 1200sqm, is surrounded by a wall and is laid out with palm trees, tropical plants and lawns – suitable for children. Villa Maria is the ideal holiday villa for the extended family. Please note the swimming pool is not fenced.

At the time of making the booking a deposit of 40 % is required. The balance being payable 3 weeks prior to commencement of your holiday.
