Two two-bedroom apartments in a private detached villa, or the whole villa. One apartment is two bedrooms and sleeps 4-6, with bathroom, seperate WC and huge living area. The other apartment is two bedrooms, two bathrooms and sleeps up to four (six is possible). Or take the whole villa for 8-10 people. 3 minutes to Moncarpacho, 10 minutes to the nearest beach (Fuzeta), 25 minutes to the airport, 25 minutes to the Spanish border.

VV Apartment 1: Bedroom 1 with double bed. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Door to patio in front of pool. Both bedrooms have air conditioning. The bathroom each with has a bath with shower attachment; separate shower cubicle, WC, bidet and twin marble-topped wash basins.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom. Well equipped kitchen with cooker, hob, fridge, freezer, microwave and dishwasher. Door to east-facing balcony. Large living room with ample seating. 32' TV, DVD, Home cinema sound, PS2, free broadband wireless internet access. Air conditioning.
Large dining room seats up to 12. Air conditioning.
Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning once per week with change of linen and towels. Beach towels are also provided.

VV Apartment 2: Bedroom 1 with king size bed, sofa-bed for extra child. Door to patio in front of pool. Bedroom 2 with twin beds. Door to patio in front of pool. Both bedrooms Have air conditioning. Two bathrooms each with bath with shower attachment; separate shower cubicle, WC, bidet and twin marble-topped wash basins.
Washing machine in kitchen. Well equipped kitchen with hob, fridge, freezer, microwave. Free broadband wireless internet access. Air conditioning. Bed linen and towels are included. Cleaning once per week with change of linen and towels. Beach towels are also provided.

Air conditioning is available if required (cost TBA). The pool is fenced, as is the patio in front of the pool. A child-safety gate can be fitted at the top of the internal stairs. Cot, highchair and baby bath are available, as are some garden toys. There property is completely fenced/walled and has a second set of gate inside the main gate.

The nearest beach, at Fuzeta, is about 5km. There is a small beach protected by a sand island (so no waves). There is also a ferry to the island itself, with about 8km of beach. Stay near the amenities for a convenient family visit or walk a couple of hundred metres for enough room to play tennis (a little further for the total sun-worshipper).

Nearest airport is Faro (25 mins). Seville is 1½ hour. 2½ hours to Lisbon.
