Villa Czar is a well-appointed 4 bedroom villa, on its own 1500 square meter plot within the Vista Elite development, just over 3km from Moncarapacho in the Eastern Algarve. Situated in a very peaceful area, this spacious property offers a welcome haven from the hustle and bustle of the busy world, has tasteful furnishings. The lounge and all bedrooms benefit from air conditioning. The 36sq m lounge has a Satellite TV and DVD. The dining area seats eight. Two sets of French doors open onto the terrace, under the shaded pergola, which has another table and eight chairs for alfresco dining.

By car: Faro Airport directing for A22 Olhao. Exit the first sign to Olhao.

At the 2nd roundabout exit to Moncarapacho. In Moncarapacho see a sign to Estoi, follow that road. 3 Miles after, see a sign that says "Vista Elite" turn your left.

To confirm your booking, you need to send 50% of the total cost of your holiday. We also ask for a breakage deposit of 200£, with will be returned intact 1 week after your stay, assuming there are no deductions. We accepted bank transfers and credit cards payment. The remaining 50% and the £200 of the deposit will be paid at the arrival.

If cancellation is done up to one week prior to arrival, no fee will be charged and the deposit will be refunded. Cancellations after the deadline, the deposit will be charged.
