Villa in Lagos Description
Ocean View is a luxury 4 bedroom villa situated in the sought after area of Porto De Mos, Lagos.
The villa has been tastefully decorated to a high standard and has plenty of seating for all the family and friends with an 8 seater dining table inside and 2 sofas in the open plan living area. There is satellite tv with all the UK channels and a DVD player.
The 4 bedrooms are all large with fitted wardrobes, 3 bedrooms are ensuite with the master bedroom having a jacuzzi bath/shower and two balconies with sea views. There are two king size beds and four single beds with another shower room on the ground floor. The three bedrooms upstairs all have balconies with sea views.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Hob, cooker, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine and dishwasher and all utensils, crockery and glassware for 12 people.
Outside there is a beautiful terraced area with a private heated swimming pool set with in a secure walled landscaped garden. There is a an outside dining area for 8 people and a further 8 sunloungers and side tables and outside shower.
The villa also boasts an internal garage with elctric gates to the driveway. The villa also benefits from elctric shutters on every door and window.

The stunning beach of Porto De Mos is 5 minutes walk from the villa and the historic town centre of Lagos is only 25 minutes walk or a short drive. Lagos has a brand new Marina and an ultra modern fish market which is open every morning. This beautiful town which is soaked in history has an abundance of top class restaurants and coffee shops with plenty of outside entertainment in the summer. The villa is also situated close to 2 fabulous golf courses, the Boavista Golf Club & Spa is only 5 minutes drive and The Palmeres only 10 minutes away
