Villa in Vila nova de cerveira Description
Located on a hill, the views over the mountain, the Minho river and the border with Spain are really superb. The elegant interior deccor and some pieces of antique furniture give the property an affluent aura.From the main entrance a staircase leads up to the first floor, large living/dinning room with its fireplace and comfortable sofas and armchairs wich create an ideal atmosphere foe reading or admiring the fantastic views over the mountains or the Minho river.
French windows lead from here to the 2 larges terraces one of them with table and chairs.From the living room a door to the well equipped kitchen. Downstairs the five bedrooms, two of them with there own ensuit bathroom, and the other 3 served by a complete bathroom.
Breathtaking scenery, enchanting fishing villages, art history can all be found within easy reach of this lovely property.Vila Nova de Cerveira - land of legends and town of arts - with a cosy river beach. For a day by the coast the superb beach of Moledo do minho is just a short drive away - 12 Km.
Within easy reach is the interesting town of Ponte do Lima, famous for its superb old Manor houses, its medieval bridge and more recently for its 18 hole golf course. It is also renowned for offering fine gastronomy and wine.
