This sumptuous property, is set in an historic area of beautiful landscapes and sparkling mountain views, facing the national park Peneda Geres, close to Caldelas an important thermal site, and only 25 km to Braga. Looking out across a splendid open vista of the pretty countryside, that surrounds it Marble, granite, attractive handmade tiles and beautiful paintings on the walls, solid wood ceilings and floors are some of the many fine features that reveal the high specifications imposed when rebuilt. Whilst many guests may not wish to stray from such a pleasant setting, the village of Amares is only a 10 minute drive from the house and the town itself boasts a good range of restaurants. Alternatively, a short drive will enable you to reach the river beach.
