Casa Josef is a four bedroom villa sleeping a total of ten people within walking distance of the village of Guia. It is set in three acres of beautiful open countryside with views of the sea Accommodation consists of two double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, one twin bedroom and a family bedroom with a double and two single beds. There is also a beautiful family bathroom. The bedrooms are fully air conditioned and heated with the addition of variable speed ceiling fans. It is well furnished with comfortable sofas and chairs, a large television with satellite, video, DVD player together with a selection of over fifty films and a stereo music machine. The kitchen is well-equipped and has a dishwasher and microwave amongst its appliances. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine and plenty of storage. Large patio doors lead from the living area to a covered terrace area where there is a fridge and football table. This leads to the large pool and terrace which is fully equipped with sun loungers. There is a fresh water shower here. There is a tree shaded barbecue area with brick built barbecue. The villa has wheelchair access The villa is surrounded by beautiful open countryside and is ideally situated for a peaceful holiday but is still within easy reach of beaches, entertainment and sport. The villa is located within easy walking distance of Guia village where there are some wonderful restaurants and bars. There are shops offering local produced goods and a well stocked supermarket. The Algarve shopping centre is approximately one mile away. The centre has a multi-screen cinema showing the latest International films, a bowling alley, over thirty restaurants and bars and numerous fashion, electrical, perfume, sport shops. Local golf courses are also approximately three miles from the villa. Sir Cliff Richard's villa and famous vineyards are a short distance from the villa and there are regular guided tours around the Vida Nova vineyards and wine cellars The Algarve's most popular resort of Albufeira is three miles away.
