Villa in Vale do garrao Descripción
This beautifully furnished four bedroom villa is located in Vale do
Garrao, a small well planned development, lying directly between
Vale do Lobo and Quinta do Lago. The development consists of villas
and townhouses set amongst pine trees.
The beach is a few minutes walk away (approx 1.5 km) and can be
reached by walking through the pine trees or by road which takes
you down to the Ocean. You will find a large selection of
international restaurants, tennis, horse riding, shops and bars all
close by. It is also an enviable location for any golfer as several
of the Algarve's famous golf courses are to be found within 3 km.
Other sports and activities are on offer nearby such as deep-sea
fishing, water skiing, windsurfing, scuba-diving, sailing and
paragliding.
The villa has a spacious lounge/dining area with air conditioning,
TV with full Sky Digital package, DVD, wireless broadband, video
and stereo. Patio doors lead out to the poolside terrace and
enclosed garden area with built in BBQ. There is a large fully
fitted kitchen/breakfast room with dishwasher, microwave, washing
machine, fridge freezer, hob and oven. On the ground floor is a
twin bedroom, a double bedroom with a safe in the wardrobe, a
separate shower room and a bathroom. The master bedroom is located
upstairs. It has a queen size bed, an en-suite bathroom with a walk
in shower and bath, TV with full Sky Digital package, air
conditioning and a very large private sun terrace. There is an
additional double bedroom upstairs with en-suite shower room. The
villa is extremely well furnished and comfortable throughout.
The communal facilities of Vale do Garrao are a short walk away,
there is a large free form swimming pool, tennis courts, childrens
playground and health club which has a fully equipped gym, beauty
therapies, massage, sauna, Jacuzzi and indoor pool (local charges
apply).
