The ground floor is made up of a large living and dining area, with a TV area and a large dining table . Straight through from the dining area is the fully equipped kitchen, which has a breakfast table for 6 people. The garden can be accessed from both the living room and the kitchen. Theres is also a twin bedroom on the groundfloor, as well as a WC.

The first floor has three spacious bedrooms, two twins and one double. One of the twins is large enough to accomodate two extra beds if required, whilst both bedrooms have an en suite bathroom complete with hydromassage bathtubs. The roomy double bedroom has en suite shower, as well as a small balcony overlooking the area; two more beds can be added to this bedroom. All the rooms have a large amount of cupboard space.

The garden has of a small lawn surrounding the house, as well as an 8x4m swimming pool, the perfect place to cool down or watch the kids play after a long day; the swimming pool can be covered for teh winter months or as a security measure for young children. There is also an outdoor barbecue grill and oven, ideal for those wishing to cook outdoors. There is also a large drive with enough room for 2 to 3 cars,however the quietness of the neighbourhood means that parking outside should not pose any problems. Pets are allowed.

Minimum stay: 2 days

Add €100/week per additional person in excess of 8 - maximum 10 people

During peak season: normal turnover day is Saturday and surcharge may apply for rentals of less than 2 weeks

Cleaning service twice a week included in price

Booking conditions: 20% minimum paid at time of booking, 40% 2 months before arrival, and balance in cash at arrival.

Security Deposit: € 500, refundable at end of stay
