Townhouse in Alvor Beschreibung
Large Modern tastefully restored house close to the sea and superbly situated in the centre of Alvor yet in a quiet street.
SLEEPS 12+
Refurbished to a very high standard with good quaility natural materials to give a low allergen environment.
From outside the renovated fisherman’s house is very deceptive as on entering you will be amazed by the space and clever design which has sitting rooms, terraces and balconies for relaxing.
The large entrance room has a double sofa bed and a large private terrace.
Outside stairs lead from the terrace to the main house which consists of a large L-shaped lounge, kitchen, dining room and bathroom.
Stairs lead up to a double bedroom with an en suite bathroom and a terrace with views overlooking the town and the Monchique Mountains.
Downstairs another terrace adjoins the kitchen and there is a further double bedroom leading from the terrace with en suite facilities.

Alvor is a popular destination that combines a perfect beach holiday with local Portuguese life.
Stroll along the cobbled streets where dozens of shops, restaurants, sports bars, pubs and a reggae bar that serves the best ’Caipirinha’ await you.
Numerous boat trips from the village - see the sunset and drink champagne, go to watch the dolphins or take a trip along the river. There is a bird sanctuary nearby, great walks, numerous golf courses, including the famous Penina Golf course as well as several beaches; open golden sand beaches and smaller hidden cove beaches nesstled in the cliffs. On the other side of the river is the Meia Praia beach which goes to Lagos and passes through wetlands. The Monchique Mountains are 30 mins away and the town of Portimão is a 10 minute drive where there are theatres, cinema and festivals, and the new Algarve Race Track is about 15 mins away.
