If you are looking for somewhere remote for an absolutely tranquil holiday, this is an unique and very well equipped 3/4 bedroom villa with pool in the hills about 30km above Tavira. This location is ideal for those who love nature and are seeking a place to totally relax and enjoy the uniqueness of ‘home’ in the heart of the Algarvian hinterland. Take your pick of an abundance of seating areas to relax and eat outdoors, ample sun and shaded terraces surrounded by cork trees, sea views and exotic plants…just 5 minutes walk from a natural spring and picnic area. Casa Nadushka has a 10 x 5m pool, 2 ping pong tables (one can be opened in the large living room and the other is on the terrace), air conditioning in 3 rooms, all free-to-air UK TV channels plus satellite TV with European channels (Astra 1 and 2), DVD player with a library of DVDs, music centre with a selection of CDs, fully equipped and super ‘cooks’ kitchen (with a range of herbs and spices, cookery books etc), dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, cafetaire, toaster, microwave, blender. The main house is extremely comfortable and artistically furnished, comprising two double bedrooms, one of which is en suite, one childrens’ bedroom with twin beds, 3 bathrooms in total in the main house, a dining room, 2 living rooms, (2 TV’s – no squabbling) all rooms have access to terraces and have mosquito screens, ceiling fans and cross ventilation. The studio is a generous space with a double bedroom and bathroom with fridge and kettle, its own access to the side of the main house. There are also two very sweet, well behaved and child friendly dogs and one cat that adopted Casa Nadushka…and belong to the property, cause no problems and live outside. Guests staying here should be fond of animals... Three super restaurants can be reached in less than 10/15 minutes drive and the nearest shop is a local general store 20 minutes drive away. The nearest town is Santa Catarina 8km away. Tavira is 25km and Faro is 35km away. The cost for up to 6 people in the main house is 1500 euros per week during july and august. An additional studio apartment with double bed and bathroom is available for up to 2 people and costs 200 euros extra. Air conditioning is an optional extra and is charged locally at 100 euros per week. It is not essential, as the house interior is cool and has cross-ventilation. It is also perfectly safe to sleep with windows and doors open as all have screens. This is a great opportunity to experience a wonderful holiday in a truly special and ‘timeless’ location…
