Large modern Villa with panoramic views and excellent entertainment space. Ideal for families and large groups.
Located in the heart of Albufeira, central Algarve in a quiet area yet an easy stroll to the lively strip which is located at the end of the road.
The villa is of a good standard with high quality furniture inside and out and sleeps 13 people. Extra beds may be available-50GBP PP
There are 6 bedrooms (2 double rooms, 3 twin rooms and 1 single room).
A large open plan living, dining and kitchen area which opens out onto the private pool terrace. The dining room has seating for 8, a fireplace with stone surround, and double patio doors to the outside dining terrace.
The comfy lounge has seating for 10. There are three sofas, coffee table, and large LCD T.V, Patio doors to the pool and shady seating area. Fully fitted kitchen with breakfast table and chairs.
Bedroom 1: 1st floor – Twin Bedroom en suite and fitted Wardrobes.
Master Bedroom 2: Top floor; 3 single beds, en suite with shower/bath, fitted wardrobes, fire place, private terrace with views of the pool and sea.
Bedroom 3: Twin Beds en suite, fitted wardrobes
Bedroom 4: Double bed, fitted wardrobes,(main bathroom located just outside).
Bedroom 5: Double bed en suite, fitted wardrobes
Bedroom 6: Single bed, fitted wardrobes, (main bathroom located just outside).
The main bathroom is located on the ground floor.
Outside the lovely South facing garden is fully enclosed for privacy and security, with high quaility garden furniture here you can relax by the pool with a glass of local wine and BBQ under the shade of the pergola.
Exterior stairs to the 1st floor where you can enjoy sea views from the private terrace.
There is an outside shower, private parking and external lighting.

Villa Lage
A short drive to Guia, Algarve shopping with a large supermarket, many shops,cafes and large cinema with all the latest releases in English. Nearby Pinecliffs and Gale.
Within easy reach, sports facilities include; tennis, water sports, horse riding, and boat trips. Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine all with in 20min drive. Some of finest golf courses are within a 10min drive. Faro Airport is just 30mins drive.
Albufeira is one of the top holiday destinations in the Algarve. The old town remains an unusually pretty village with its narrow cobblestone streets, twisting lanes of whitewashed houses and terracotta roofs above a beautiful spread of beaches. In the day time stroll around the local shops and have a drink in one of the many bars and restaurant over looking the picturesque beaches. At night the town comes alive with street performers and music.
