Villa in Porches Beschreibung
Villa Matusadona is in a good location being only just over 5 minutes drive to the beaches of Marinha,Albandeira and Benagil. The resort of Carvoeiro is a 10 minute drive where you will find an abundance of bars, restaurants and shops.
The accommodation in the villa comprises:-
Large open plan lounge/diner/kitchen. Comfortably furnished and with a fully fitted kitchen. It has TV with English channels and patio doors lead out onto a covered area with plenty of tables and chairs for al-fresco dining.
Master bedroom 1 with queen bed and door leading out onto the pool and patio.This bedroom has air con and large En-suite shower room with twin basins and wc
Master bedroom 2 with king bed. Large full bathroom with bath, large shower, twin basins, wc.
Bedroom 3 with double bed
Bedroom 4 with twin beds. Bedrooms 3 and 4 share a large shower room
There is also a mezzanie up a spiral staircase from the lounge with a single bed for a 9th person at an extra charge of £100 pw (this would not be suitable for a young child)
Outside there is plenty of garden furniture for you to relax on around the pool which is approx 8x5 metres. There is a b-b-q for you to cook the local catch and a large lawned area for the children to play on.
There are several golf courses in the area and for the younger members of the family 2 water parks.
The local beaches are lovely and all within 5 or 10 minutes drive.
A car is needed for this villa.
Maid service is 5 times a week and all bed linen, pool and bathroom towels are provided.
A deposit of £150 pw secures the booking and the balance payable 8 weeks before the holiday along with a refundable breakage deposit of £100
Cot and high chair can be hired.

Villa Matusadona is midway between Porches and Lagoa and for anyone who knows the area it is not far from the International School at Porches.

Access to the villa can be gained from 2p.m.
The villa needs to be vacated by 10.a.m.on departure day to enable the maid to prepare for the next visitors.
We can be flexible on changeover day at the start of the season but would prefer a thursday or friday changeover in July and August.
