Villa in Praia da luz Beschreibung
Casa Jazz is an attractive 2 storey villa situated in the Montinhos da Luz district on the hill just outside Praia da Luz. This villa is comfortably furnished to a good standard and boasts a roof top terrace with lovely views across the roof tops to the bay of Luz.
On the upper floor a large lounge and dining room has satellite TV, DVD/CD player and two sets of patio doors leading out to balconies overlooking the swimming pool.
The well-equipped kitchen has washing machine, dishwasher and microwave.
On the ground floor are the bedrooms; One double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and three twin bedrooms, one with an en-suite and the other 2 sharing a bathroom with bath and overhead shower, three of these bedrooms have patio doors leading out onto the terrace by the swimming pool.
The swimming pool is surrounded with a sunbathing terrace equipped with sunloungers, there is a large garden which is well maintained.
The village of Praia da Luz is only a 5-minute drive away; there you will find a variety of shops, restaurants and bars.
There is a golden sandy beach framed with dramatic and picturesque cliff tops at Praia da Luz offering a variety of water sports activities during the summer months.
Palmares, Boa Vista and Parque da Floresta Golf Courses are a 10 to 20 minute drive away.
For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 35-minute drive.
