You can have a massage in the Termas, which are old baths with mineral water that cures skindeseases. There are some restored baths. The owner gives massages in her 3 nicely decorated massage rooms. Shiatsu, relax, foot, hot stone & sports massages. Have a bath in the healing waters of the Termas and then a massage. You can do a workshop mosaic. It´s fun for a day. You can make your own bowl, mirror or tableau, and take that proudly home with you. We have some very nice walks in the environment (map and description or Garmin). There is a portfolio with outings at the reception. In the little cafe, we have a.o. nice Portuguese wines (vinho verde, Dão, Alentejano) and Belgian beer (Duvel, Leffe). There are some special arrangements, like "Culture & Art" and the Goodhearted, together with a few other hosts in Portugal. Send us a mail or look on our site under activities. All rooms have a queen size bed, a beautiful wall painting and a mosaic ed bathroom. You can go outside to enjoy the view, the surrounding nature and the many birds. Some have an outside kitchen.

We ask a down payment of 50% by bank transfer, directly with your reservation. We will send you the details. The prices that are on the alwaysonvacation-site are per room. Your reservation is final only with the downpayment.

Pool Rules: No running around the pool. Please do not eat or drink in the pool-area. No children under 12 are allowed in the pool without parental supervision. Do not allow your children to throw sand or stones in the water. Smoking is not permitted in the house. Smoking is permitted outside. Please dispose of cigarette butts properly. Please be respectful of our neighbors. No loud parties. No music outside after ten o’clock at night. On arrival: you are welcome from 16:00 till 20:00 h. If you will be later, we ask you kindly to let us know through a textmessage on number 00351-916589145. On Departure: All furniture should be in the same place as it was on arrival. The kitchen should be clean, dishes washed, and refrigerator wiped down. All trash should be bagged and disposed of in garbage can. Check under beds and furniture for all personal belongings. Leave the key in the door, please, on the outside.Check out at the reception before 10:00 h.
