\r\nThere are superb gardens with a vast array of different plants and trees with swimming pool, pool house, jacuzzi, and games room. There is a TV, DVD and cd stereo. The kitchen has an oven, fridge, freezer, microwave etc. and separate dining area.

\r\nThis Portugal villa rental is situated close to the Clubhouse where there is an excellent Bar and Restaurant. The gardens overlook the 9th green on the Golf Course and the pine woods on the opposite side of the tree lined fairway. The central location of the villa means that all the facilities of the Praia d'el Rey Golf resort, including the 5 star Marriott Hotel, tennis cts, beach and shops, are close at hand.

\r\nA 15 minute drive along the coast is the resort and fishing port of Baleal and Peniche famous for its fish restaurants. Obidos is a 20 minute drive and Caldas Da Rainha is 30 minutes away. This is a great place to wander with a good selection of shops, museums, parks, daily local markets, restaurants and bars.

- Lisbon is only a 1 hour drive away.

- Until you have paid a deposit of 20% the property is only on hold for as long as we've stated, usually in email. After your deposit is received your booking will be confirmed by email and the property held for you subject to the conditions stated here. Only after you receive our confirmation is the booking to be regarded as firm.

- If you cancel your reservation you will be liable for cancellation fees as follows :

- Prior to 60 days before holiday - 20% deposit is forfeit.

- 40 to 59 days before holiday - forfeit 33%.

- 30 to 39 days before holiday - forfeit 50%.

- 14 to 29 days before holiday - forfeit 80%.

- 0 to 13 days before holiday - forfeit 100%.

- A cancellation is only valid when confirmed in writing by the Person who made the booking (or their next of kin in extreme Circumstances).
