The house has 5 bedrooms, 2 up and 2 down and an attic room. There are 2 doubles and 2 twin bed rooms and one in the roof space which would suit children or an adult. A cot is available on request. A bathroom on each floor one with a bath and one a shower. The kitchen is large and well equipped and leads into the large well furnished dining room which seats 12. Overlooking this there is a comfortable mezzanine sitting room with open fireplace.

The villa is 500m from the fishing village with its daily fish market restaurants and shops. 75m from the soft white sandy beach with its enormous sand dunes where typical windmills can be seen.Dense pinewoods frame this sandy stretch. Atlantic rollers provide a great environment for surfers. There are 2 lovely golf courses within a short drive. Nearby is the tourist resort of Esposende with its large wave pool,galleon play area and pedal car track fishing and canoeing.
