The house has recently been restored and offers modern day comforts.
The main house, double storey, has accommodation for 10 people. With 5 twin bedrooms,1 on suite,1 shower room,1 bathroom. All bedrooms offer the same unique views of the mountain, the sea and the natural park woods.
The living room & dining area have large windows and give plenty of light and views of the grounds. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances.
On the property are two annexes, which they consist of 3 more double bedrooms with patio doors to a terrace and a private garden, 2 bathrooms and 2 sitting rooms, a separate kitchenette and a barbecue area.
In total the property has capacity for 16/17 people
Also on the property there is an old barn (400m2) that has been converted to an entertainment area with a fairly large kitchen, a dining room with a fireplace typical of Portuguese farms. Great for barbecues, parties and late evenings around the table, games like table tennis, darts, soccer and volleyball equipment and other games available for your use.
The old gate house is now the laundry room with 2 washing machines, a dryer and covered outside area to dry clothes.
The area of the swimming pool is very sheltered and secluded, has sun all day.
A vast garden, tranquillity, privacy and security and this well furnished and very comfortable villa allows you to replenish your energies, while enjoying the nearby beaches, golf courses and all the amenities the region offers from fairy tale castles to paradisiacal scenery.

Surrounded by mountains,is located in the heart of the Sintra Cascais Natural Park, the most beautiful beaches of Portugal and Sintra’s World Heritage historical monuments are just a few minutes away.
Serra de Sintra known in ancient times as Mons Lunae (the Hills of the Moon), because of its strong traditions of astral cults, still clearly visible in the region's countless monuments and archaeological remains, the Serra de Sintra is a granite outcrop roughly 10 km long, rising abruptly between a vast plain to the north and the estuary of the River Tagus to the south. It is a mountain range that twists and turns, projecting into the Atlantic Ocean to form Cabo da Roca - the headland that marks the westernmost point of' continental Europe. Thanks to its unique microclimate, Sintra has some of the most beautiful parks in Portugal, planted in keeping with a certain romantic taste, as well as dense and verdant natural vegetation, affording the region an air of great majesty amidst the splash of different greens.
the freshness of the region's pure air, the mists of its indescribable mystery and its vibrant culture, the great variety of its organised events - a special mention here for the Music Festivals and Ballet Nights organised in the summer.
The nearest village is ULGUEIRA at 15 minutes walk.
the next village is “Almoçageme” 2km. A typical rustic village with its own narrowed streets with a square,where a traditional festival with music and fire works take place in October.
With local commerce,grocers shops,bakery and butcher and a cash machine. Weekly market is on Thursday at the village square and the vegetables market at the weekend.Has great coffee shops and restaurants.The village is spread up the hill from the Atlantic Ocean.“Praia da Adraga” (beach) is the closest (5km),has some amazing rock formations,was ranked as one of the ’20 perfect European beaches’by the Sunday Times.
Other local beaches are "Praia Grande","Praia das Maças"
Another village close by is “Colares” one of the most pleasant recesses of the municipality of Sintra,a truly fruit and wine grower, famous for the wine.
