Completely private and with beautiful ocean views, this villa is only 3km from the blue flag beach at Afife, renown for surfing and water sport competitions. Situated in the small typical village of Afife, this is a perfect location to explore the many attractions the Minho region has to offer from seaside to countryside to ancient historical sites and beautiful time kept villages and towns.
The villa is fully furnished and offers good living accommodation for eight people on two levels. The garden has a barbecue area, ideal for outdoor dining. From the balcony and terrace, there are wonderful views of coastal green fields down to the ocean. The interior is comfortable and furnished in a classical style, with six bedrooms on two floors, two sitting rooms, one large dining room and a well equipped kitchen. This is a spacious villa for large families or groups.
The well maintained garden is mostly laid to lawn with flowering shrubs. There is also access by an iron gate to the pretty bubbling river at the end of the garden where you can bath.
