Casa Aveiros is a unique property occupying one of the most sought after and exclusive beachfront locations at Sao Joao, Albufeira. There are superb sea views & there are two accesses to the beach which is a two minute walk. The five bedroom and four bathroom interior contains quality furnishings and is exceptionally comfortable. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a dishwasher. An additional benefit is the special filtration system for the swimming pool which requires very little or no chemicals to be added. The lawned garden also contains a childrens playground area and there is a very pleasant poolside sitting room.
All facilities are within walking distance but we would recommend a 'runabout' car for shopping etc.

Maid service is Monday to Friday and there is a 24 hour reception should you need advice or assistance.

Casa Averios stands in an excellent location with a paved path leading down to the beach bar and beach. The main town of Albufeira is only a short drive or 15 minute walk along the beach. Albufeira itself is a bustling resort with an excellent sandy beach. The centre retains its traditional character and there is a wide choice of nightlife, shops, bars and restaurants.

Sporting facilities are available in the area including golf at Salgados. There are waterslide parks a short drive away and the Zoomarina is only ten minutes away.
