Modern two storey Villa, fully air conditioned and furnished to a high standard with excellent quality furniture. The Villa sleeps up to 13 people (x2 on sofa/fold beds).
5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms; 2 of the bedrooms are on the ground floor and 3 on the first floor. There is a South facing balcony and sea views.

The spacious open plan living/dining areas are excellent for entertaining large parties, the double height ceilings, glass roof, and double sliding doors give a light airy feel.
The living room has seating for 10, a big cosy log fire, large leather sofas and double sliding doors lead out to the pool area.

The Villa is surrounded by fencing to provide privacy and security with private parking for up to three cars and with the outside areas of the house having external lighting. A lovely South facing garden with patio, pool area, high quality garden furniture, and a dining area which is shaded beneath a large mature tree.
The BBQ is next to the kitchen; here you can cook up a feast after going to one of the many fish markets.

Only a short walk to the Santa Eulalia and Oura beach (parking) the local area is surrounded by the best golf courses, lovely restaurants and a supermarket approx 1km away.
Located in the main town of Albufeira yet in a quiet area (occasional noise). The beaches of Santa Eulalia and Oura a short walk away.
Just a short drive or 10minutes walk to the many shops, restaurants and cafes of Albufeira, here along with daytime fun you have late bars and discos open to the early hours. Golf courses are just a couple of minutes drive or 10-15 minutes to Vilamoura. Slide and Splash, Aqualand, Zoomarine, are all within 20mins drive. Pinecliffs (10 mins) Faro airport (40 mins).
You can use the facilities of the Santa Eulalia Hotel which include a sports club with tennis, gym as well as many leisure activities along with their seaview restaurants.
