What would you say to a holiday in the perfect place??? A pleasant, secluded villa, yet a mere 100m to the centre of the village – restaurants, shops, etc. Just 7km from Sintra, a World’s Heritage site, with its two palaces, Toy Museum, beautiful walks. Praia Grande beach, a surfer’s paradise is a mere 7km away.
Mafra should appeal to the whole family with its imposing baroque palace/convent from the 18th century and a miniature village. Sintra speaks for itself! And golfers will be spoilt too as there are several excellent golf courses in the area.
Finally, Lisbon is within easy reach and well worth a visit.

The house consists of two levels, tastefully decorated and full of charm. On the ground floor there are two large living/dining areas: the traditional one, with a lovely fireplace, perfect for chillier evenings; the outer one, its huge windows offering great views over the garden, so that there is plenty of space for everyone, for different activities.
Also on the ground floor there is a cloakroom, as well as two double bedrooms, each with its en-suite bathroom (bath with shower attachment) and a fully equipped kitchen (dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, cooker, oven and a fridge/freezer.

On the first floor there are two single bedrooms, sharing a shower-room.

There is a Summer dining room with a built-in barbecue, great for al-fresco meals. The pool (11x5,5m – 0,50/1,60m deep) is set in the beautiful mature garden and has a rolling cover for protection.

In the Summer house there is another double bedroom with its en-suite shower-room, as well as a large games room, equipped with TV, DVD, video, Hi-Fi and a soccer table. And last, but not least, a lovely Wendy house that will be the children’s joy!
