Casa Monteiro is situated in a quiet cul de sac of private villas in a lovely family-
friendly, residential area of the “golden triangle” of beaches close to Gale.

Beautiful sandy beaches are within a 15 min walk (Castelo, Lourenco and Evaristo
beaches) or Gale, the main local beach, is 4 mins drive away.

The villa has a large private pool (30 x 15 ft) set in a pretty garden with separate
barbeque area and pergola for al fresco dining.

There are 5 bedrooms, 4 en suite with either separate balconies with stunning sea
views or direct access to the pool area.

A large well equipped kitchen has an electric oven and gas hob, microwave, dishwasher
and large fridge freezer, and a separate utility room has a washing machine, iron and
ironing board.

There are two comfortably furnished lounge areas, with sofas and coffee tables and an
open plan dining area. French windows lead to the tiled pool area.

Highchair and cots are available for children and there is a retractable stairgate.

New for 2012 - Sky TV including Sky Sports and BBC channels will be available from
Spring 2012 so come and enjoy the Olympics home from home in the sun!

Lively Albufeira Old Town is an easy 10 min drive away with plenty of shops,
restaurants and bars to suit all tastes. The new marina is only 2km away with cafes and
boutiques and the Strip at Montechoro is only 15 mins drive for those seeking a more
active nightlife.

Herdade de Salgados Golf Resort is 5 mins drive from the villa and Amendoeira Golf
Resort, with the famous Faldo and O’Connor courses, is 20 minutes away. and
approximately 10 mins easy drive from Albufeira Old Town. Montechoro Strip is only 15
mins drive away.
