The villa commands panoramic views across the countryside and down to the beach front. Set within a large and sprawling garden, pathways lead you through the olive and orange trees to the vast terraced areas. Majestic palms surround the swimming pool providing a perfect setting to enjoy the uninterrupted views at any time of the day or evening.. The Marina and town of Lagos which are only about a 5 minute drive away offer a variety of shops, cafes and restaurants, a short walk over the footbridge from the Marina and your are in the centre of the historic town of Lagos. The golden sandy beach of Meia Praia is only a 2 minute drive or can be walked to in around 10 minutes.

From the front entranceway up a few steps is the comfortably furnished lounge with Satellite TV, open fireplace, and patio doors out to the large balcony with outdoor furniture were you could relax and soak up the wonderful views. Off to the left of the lounge is the dining room and fully fitted kitchen complete with washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and all the usual utensils. From the kitchen there are also doors leading out to the balcony and down to a large courtyard with built in BBQ. Off to the right of the lounge is a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom and fitted wardrobes. Down the stairs from the main lounge is a secondary sitting room with satelite TV, fireplace and doors leading out to the swimming pool terrace, off this lounge are three twin bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with showers. All bedrooms have fitted wardrobes and patio doors leading out to the pool terrace. The 5th bedroom is a self contained room with en-suite bathroom attached to the side of the villa overlooking the swimming pool, this bedroom is perfect for a couple or older teenagers.

The large swimming pool and children’s pool is surrounded with terracing and sunloungers. The gardens have been beautifully maintained with plenty of lawned areas and mature shady trees.

Palmares Golf is a few minutes walk away from the villa and can be viewwd from the roof terrace, Boa Vista and Penina Golf Courses are a 5 to 20 minute drive away. For the children there are a variety of water parks and theme parks within a 30 minute drive
