This beautiful house is located in an area of pine forests at 2000m from the beach "Praia das Macas Praia Grande Sintra, a city classified by UNESCO as World Heritage is located just 8 km. At 18 km is Cascais and Estoril, Cabo da Roca, 10 km from the Golf and Quinta da Penha Longa Beloura is 30 minutes by car and 30 Km Lisbon.

Along the coast of Sintra you will find several beautiful golden sandy beach by the ocean banh Atlantic as examples by Praia Samarra Magoito, Azenhas do Mar and Praia da Adraga.
Casa Turquesa and pool are surrounded by a garden of 1800 m2 shaded by magnificent pines. Typically Portuguese villa, lounge, 5 bedrooms including 3 suites, 4 bathrooms, living-dining room with bay windows overlooking the garden and pool, Fully equipped kitchen with all small appliances and laundry machines and dishwashers.

50% deposit of the total amount due on reconfirmation of the booking. If deposits are not received within 5 days, reservation will be cancelled without previous notification.

50% remaining amount due 3 weeks prior to arrival.

Booking on shorter notice: total amount due according to deadline.

Payments should be effected by: Bank draft (full payment can only be considered if transfer is free of all expenses for the beneficiary) Full bank details on confirmation of the booking.

In the unfortunate event of you having to cancel your holiday for whatever reason, please note that we are unable to make any refund and therefore, strongly advise you organize the provision of insurance to cover any losses incurred by yourselves.
