Ground floor villa for 10/12 people only 2kms away from Albufeira, with swimming pool, barbecue, garden and football table. Comfortable style holiday villa, spacious, lovely outside area due to ground floored , ideal for families with children.
All bedrooms have in suite bathrooms and are facing the villa’s garden.
Two bedroom has twin beds and the other 3 have double bed.
(the 2 additional people will sleep in a extra bed sharing the rooms). The lobby and the bedrooms are separated by 3 steps from the living room and kitchen.
The spacious living room has a fireplace, sofas and television. The living room is conveniently located near the kitchen and barbecue.

On the outside area there is a pleasant swimming pool, a nice garden with comfortable furniture and a football table.
Villa Oliveira is located in a calm residential area, only 2 kilometers away from Albufeira city center. The beach, Balaia and Pine Cliffs golf courses are 4 kilometers away.

The deposit to secure the booking it’s not refundable. • A breakage deposit of between €50 and €100 per person is required for all our properties. In the event of breakage, damage or failure to obey the property’s code of conduct, an appropriate amount will be deducted from the breakage deposit. The purpose of the deposit is to provide a form of protection for owners against any unpaid damage, additional services or charges of any other nature, in the absence of which your deposit will be returned to you 5 days after your departure. Should there be substantial damage or abusive behavior at your accommodation, you will be asked to leave and will be responsible for any costs you may incur in obtaining alternative accommodation.
