A particularly spacious farmhouse style but modern villa in a convenient location about 10 minutes walk from the local village and only a few minutes drive to the bustling town of San Bras. We have 5 twin bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, a huge living area and vast terraces around the house. landscaped gardens surround the site with carob,olive and fig trees. The real feature is the 12 meter pool with 3 meter deep end and easy Roman steps at the shallow end. Large paved terraces surround the villa and swimming pool. There are sun loungers and sun shade umbrellas and a shaded dining terrace adjoining the living room with brick built barbecue adjoining. There is a large secluded roof terrace with table and chairs ideal for the evening sundowner.Superb sandy. Beaches abound 20/30 minutes drive away and at least a dozen golf courses within easy reach. The famous Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo courses are about 30 minutes drive. Entertainment for the kids abounds at the Waterslide Park at Quarteira, Go kart tracks, Zoomarine, horse riding, water sports, boating and deep sea fishing from Vilamoura and much more.L

Faro airport is just 20 minutes drive away. Car hire is recommended but we can arrange for an English speaking taxi driver to meet and greet guests on arrival.

• All rates are in Pound Sterling. • For groups of 6 or less people reduce rental rate by 15% except for July/August. • Usual changeover day is Thursday but other days are also possible by arrangement. • A 30% deposit is payable on confirmation of your reservation. The balance of rental is payable 8 weeks prior to departure. • During winter periods an additional £100 per week is charged for electricity and logs. • A refundable breakage/damage deposit of £400 is payable with final payment. • An additional charge of £50 per week is made if air conditioning use is required.
