Fabulous location, just five minutes walk from the famous ‘Old Village’ complex, with a great selection of bars, cafes, restaurants and supermarket and within easy walking distance of the heart of Vilamoura’s marina, shops and beach.
Villa Nad is set in a quiet cul-de-sac backing onto the fabulous Pinhal golf course. This large, spacious villa offers generous accommodation, downstairs there is one double bedroom with air conditioning and patio doors to front garden and a full bathroom and one small twin bedroom. A split level sitting/dining room with fireplace and cable television opens out through patio doors to the terrace and pool area. The fully fitted kitchen has ceramic hob, oven dishwasher, microwave and a utility room with washing machine.
Upstairs there are two twin bedrooms and a master double bedroom with air conditioning and balcony. There is a very large family bathroom with sunken bath and a huge terrace with BBQ overlooking the swimming pool with fantastic views to the golf course and Vilamoura.

Outside there is a delightful 9x4 metre kidney shaped swimming pool set amongst lawned gardens surrounding the house with shaded patio areas and space to relax and sunbathe.
