The villa is close to Almancil, which is within easy reach of Quinta do Lago which is an exclusive residential and recreational resort. It covers some 2,000 acres of rolling countryside and pine forests - all bordered by the Atlantic Ocean and the Ria Formosa Nature Reserve. It is a place of outstanding natural beauty - just a short drive from Faro International Airport, and only a few hours flying time from most European capitals. There is a large selection of supermarkets, chemists, shops etc and a variety of restaurants and bars within five minutes drive of the villa. Villa Abobada is a beautifully designed villa with all the luxuries you expect from a first class villa. There are stone floors, air- conditioning and under floor heating throughout. The lounge/dining area is very bright and has comfortable sofas, flat screen satellite (free to view) TV, DVD and CD player and a feature fireplace. The patio doors lead to the outside dining area and the terrace overlooking the pool and garden. The fully fitted kitchen is extremely well equipped. It has a central isle, granite work tops, double oven, microwave, fridge freezer, 5 ring hob, dishwasher plus all the usual kitchen appliances. There is a separate utility room with washing machine and tumble dryer. The master bedroom is located on the first floor. It has a king size bed and patio doors to a large terrace overlooking the garden and pool area. There is an en-suite bathroom with a bath and walk in shower. There is a twin bedroom on the first floor with an en-suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. There is a second double bedroom on the first floor with an en- suite shower room. Patio doors lead to a terrace overlooking the pool and garden. On the ground floor are a twin bedroom and a double bedroom. They both have en-suite shower rooms and patio doors to the garden area. There is a sixth room on the first floor that can be used as an office. The garden has a very spacious lawn area and a terrace overlooking the pool area. It is fully enclosed with a fence and automated gates onto the driveway. The pool is 10m x 5m and can be heated on request. There is a brick built BBQ area with a gas BBQ. Maid service is five days per week.
