* Foz do Arelho village center is 1 km away, with a number of superb food restaurants, bars, mini markets, bank, pharmacy, post office,eg. * * Sailing club and aquatic sports are at 1 km.
* 2 mins by car there's a vast surfers beach paradise, but with a large area not facing the Atlantic, thus, suitable for children.
* Within 10 mins driving is the important spa city of Caldas da Rainha, with daily fresh products markets, restaurants, bars, vast varied shopping, museums and all modern facilities and amenities.
* Obidos the white mediaeval town elected the best wonder of Portugal is 15 mins by car.
* At 30 mins driving is number one golf course at Praia del Rey. Golden Eagle and other excellent golf courses are within the same distance. * * Lisbon is 1 hour driving and deserves one day visit

25 % deposit on booking with the balance no later than 8 weeks prior to arrival.
As the villa is furnished to a very high standard, a security deposit of 1000 € is added to the final payment to cover any possible damage; this will be fully refunded within 10 days after the stay, if no damage is incurred and the property is left in a reasonably clean condition.
