It is very comfortable at any time of the year. In the very heart of Costa Verde, this property is an ideal base for exploring this area and especially the towns of Minho, so rich in history, like Ponte de Lima with its Roman bridge, Viana do Castelo with its monuments, Braga with its opulent churches, Guimar�es with its Castle, etc. A 20 meters drive will bring you to some excellent beaches, and a few Km away you can enjoy a river beach, golfers need only to drive 5 km to the nearest golf course. The interior is simple and rustic. On ground floor a very spacious and bright living/dining room room has a fireplace and doors to the garden, kitchen and 3 double bedrooms.
