Villa in Santa barbara de nexe Description
A secluded and peacefully located 5 bedroom villa within a short stroll of the large village of Santa Barbara.
The main house has a twin master bedroom with en suite bathroom and 2 twin bedrooms each with a shower room.
Across the paved courtyard is a cottage with a twin bedroom and a small double bedroom sharing a shower room. There is a kitchenette and the cottage is self-contained.
The open plan living and dining room has patio doors onto a verandah that overlooks the large pool and terrace area. There are outside dining areas and a secluded garden with lovely views.
The tennis court is adjacent to the pool area.
The houses are simply but comfortably furnished and are ideal for large family parties.

Villa Susana is ideally situated in a peaceful and secluded cul de sac just a few minutes walk from the large village of Santa Barbara with its international restaurants cafes and bars.

Arrival days are flexible except during peak season when they are Thursday or Saturday.
Access to the villa is after 2 p.m. and on the departure day the villa should be vacated at 10.a.m.
