In a marvellous location, right on the Pinhal Golf Course and just 2 km from the centre of the superb resort of Vilamoura this sumptuous villa with heated swimming pool is beautifully furnished and very comfortable, with central heating and air conditioning units in each bedroom. Its modern kitchen and breakfast room is very well equipped and the large and magnificent living area looking to the lovely interior garden in the centre of the house; protected all around by glassy windows, it is designed to take full advantage of this clement climate, is separated by the fireplace; on one side there is the TV room with a round fixed sofa for 10 people and on the other side a comfortable lounge area. There is a large living room and TV room separated only by the fire place; dining room; kitchen breakfast with microwave and dishwasher; bathroom (bath/shower over; basin, bidet, WC); cloakroom (basin, wc) ; external shower room (basin, WC, shower, bidet). and Laundry room. There are 4 bedrooms all on the ground floor, two with en suite bathrooms and an extra double bedroom with en suite bathroom in the basement (not available in Winter). A spacious sauna is available. All modern conveniences are provided to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Heated Private swimming pool (10 x 5m; 1 a�� 2,5m deep). Children's pool (3m Diameter 50cm deep). Garden furniture. The villa is just 2km from the centre of Vilamoura, 25km north west of Faro and 14km south of Loule. Vilamoura offers a superb range of sport and leisure facilities a�� including a casino and cinema. The marina is popular, even the most serious of sailers, and the beautiful surroundings provide a superb backdrop for the annually held boat show; near to the marina there is a large sandy beach. In winter , golfers are attracted by the mild climate and Vilamoura`s three top class golf courses. It is a lively and interesting place to be any time of year and yet, by contrast, closeby There is a 200 hectare nature reserve dedicated to the protection of endangered species.
