The property is 4 min walk Almoçageme, where there is a great grocery store, butchers, pharmacy and laundry. On weekends and holidays there is a market with fresh produce and fish. living room, dining room, tv room, kitchen, 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 12 people The house is nicely decorated. It has 5 rooms including 3 suites. The other two bedrooms are served by a bathroom. It has a large living room that leads directly to an outdoor area where you can dine outdoors. The common areas and 4 bedrooms enjoy an excellent view of the garden, sea and mountains. The house is surrounded by a large garden where there is a fenced swimming pool with a grid to protect children. The kitchen is modern and fully equipped.
The house is situated in the Sintra Cascais Natural Park, an area with excellent beaches and countryside. The beach is 5 minutes. There are several near golf courses. Sea areas for surfing and windsurfing. The practice of riding in the area is extensively diffused. The town of Sintra, world heritage, has many points of historical interest, architectural and cultural. Payment Policy
All rates are in Euros. With the reservation is required deposit of 50% of the rent. The remining 50% should be paid 15 days before check in.
