Luxury villa with heated swimming pool in a quiet setting and benefiting from the amenities of the 5 star Sheraton resort and Golf club as well as the bars and restaurants located within a short walk. Fal�sia beach is also a short walk away,famous for its golden sandy beach that stretches along the Algarve. The villa is tastefully furnished with good solid quality furniture inside and out. It provides the perfect setting to relax and enjoy the sun. There are plenty of bars and restaurants just beside the villa. All windows and doors have shutters that can be used for shade and additional security. The living room has three large cream leather sofas, solid wood and glass coffee table, plasma TV with Sky TV. Large sliding glass doors lead out onto the pool and garden. Next to the living room is the open plan dining area with seating for ten and views to the pool through large sliding glass doors. The kitchen is beside the dining area. This is a large room with fully integrated appliances, modern solid self closing oak doors and granite worktop. There is a breakfast bar and breakfast table. Adjoining the living room and dining area are two covered terraces, if you enjoy being outside without direct sunlight this is the place.
