This is a beautiful, spacious villa which offers total relaxation away from it all but is close enough to the beaches and towns of Albufeira,Guia and Gale.There are 5 bedrooms in total (one of which is ensuite) and 3 large bathrooms to accommodate groups .. To the first floor there is a double bedroom with aircon and private sun terrace with beautiful views overlooking the pool and gardens.. Also on the first floor is the second bedroom which has 2 sets of full size bunk beds and a family bathroom with shower..On the ground floor of the villa are 3 bedrooms, 2 of which have double beds and the 3rd is a twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower. The 3rd bathroom is located opposite the double bedrooms and has a shower over the bath. All the bedrooms on the ground floor have patio doors giving access to the gardens and pool area ... The villa has recently been modernised and the kitchen comes with all new appliances for indoor cooking and a large dining area with aircon although you may prefer to dine alfresco and enjoy cooking on the BBQ which is located in the pool house.. Just off the kitchen is the utility room with washing machine and tumble drier.The lounge area is spacious with large leather seating area, plasma tv with free to view sky channels, air con and the gardens and pool area are accessed through the patio doors .. There is a large heated swimming pool with a childrens waterslide feature and a heated jacuzzi for chilling out in .. Also within the grounds is a waterfall area which leads into a fully stocked koi carp fishpond complete with frogs that sing each night... The villa nestles within its own private and mature tropical gardens and offers a perfect central location for your holiday ..

The villa is located in Tavagueira which is between Albufeira and Guia (the chicken capital of the Algarve )..Both Albufeira and Guia can be reached by car in 5 mins approx...Fishermans Beach and Gale Beach are the closest but there are many other lovely and safe beaches dotted along the coast to explore..Algarve shopping is less than 10 mins away by car and boasts a large supermarket, shops, restaurants, a cinema and ten pin bowling...There are waterparks 15-20 mins away by car and Zoomarine where you can spend the whole day with the family and even swim with the dolphins...Albufeira is very close to the villa and offers beaches and all the watersports, shops and nightlife and a lovely Old Town Square where you can wander around the cobbled streets, take a meal in one of the many restaurants or just sit and watch the street entertainers... The closest golf course is Salgados which is approx 10 mins away by car

From Faro airport just follow the road signs for the A22 ( Albufeira ) and after exiting the motorway at the Albufeira junction you get onto a dual carrigeway where you stay in the rightthand lane and head onto the 125 for Guia and Alcantarhilia..continue on this road until you reach a roundabout with chickens and bottles of wine as the feature and take the 3rd exit into the village of Guia..Further instructions will be made available on booking..If you do not wish to hire cars, airport transfers can be made available- price on application..

Arrival and departure dates are flexible but the villa needs to be vacated by 10:00 to allow for cleaning and access would not be before 15:00 unless the villa was made ready earlier..Arrangements could be made for luggage to be dropped off if flights were earlier in the day and then you could go for shopping, lunch or sit by the pool until the cleaning was finished..We are flexible and want to make your stay as smooth as possible so the above times could be altered depending on bookings..

20% non-refundable deposit is required to secure the booking and the balance to be paid 5 weeks prior to arrival date. A £ 200 security deposit required on arrival which will be returned following check on departure for damages to villa or contents
