This great family villa is only 70m from the beach.
Ground floor: Bed 1 - queen bed and en-suite bathroom accessible to wheelchair users, with shower, basin, WC. Bed 2 - twin beds, adjacent shower room with shower, basin, WC. Living room with 3 large sofas, fireplace, Sat TV, DVD, CD, Safe. Well equipped kitchen with wide electric oven, 5 ring gas hob, dishwasher, fridge freezer, microwave, etc. Dining room table seats 10.
1st floor: Bed 3 – queen bed, en-suite with bath, shower cubicle, basin, bidet, WC. Bed 4 - twin beds, en-suite with large shower, basin, bidet, WC. Bed 5 - twin beds, ensuite with bath and overhead shower, basin, and WC. Laundry cupboard with washing machine.
Mature high walled garden offers a high level of privacy and security. BBQ area with fridge, sink, and shaded dining table for 10. Second outside dining area. Heated pool with built in steps and cover. Separate paddling pool end, and outside shower. Pool lights and terrace lights for evening entertainment.
So close to the beach and all village facilities that no car is necessary at this villa, but there is parking for one car in the car port and secondary resident parking zone just outside the gates.
