Solar is the Oak century house, restored by the current owners, fully furnished, located in the north of Madeira (Funchal), an area rich in natural heritage, about 30 km from Funchal (25 minutes by car), with good accessibility (direct access to the highway), with private parking, garden and excellent mountain views.

Payment Policy
1.The reservation will only be considered definitive after a down payment of 30% of the total is made by bank transfer, which must be done right after the Solar do Carvalho confirms room availability. The reservation will not be maintained if the transfer is not made within 5 days of confirmation of availability. 2.The remaining 70% will be paid on check-in by whichever method is most convenient (cash, cash-point card ). 3.Mini-bar or any other bills occurring during the stay are paid during check-out.
Cancellation Policy
1.Should it be necessary to cancel a reservation, this must be done in writing (email or fax) up to 20 days before check-in. In this case the down payment will be returned in full (any costs of the transfer are paid by the client). 2.Should the cancellation be made in less than 20 days before the check-in the down payment will not be returned
Rules
1.The Solar do Carvalho informs you that will only accept reservations for at least 2 nights of stay. 2.Reservations must be made using the online reservations form (correctly filled out) or directly at the reception desk. 3.The Solar do Carvalho will provide a written confirmation of the reservation (depending on availability), as well as what is necessary to do to make the reservation definitive.
