It has a large outdoor swimming pool, several terraces overlooking the river, rustic gardens, a tropical island and a river beach.

The main house, an area totaling 1200 square meters, has been rebuilt from the ruins of a water mill of the 19th Century, has many original features including a living room all built in stone, above the river channel.
