\r\nThe house is light, bright and spacious on 2 floors, combining a traditional ‘ Quinta ‘ style exterior with a smart contemporary interior offering exceptional accommodation for ten. Large sunny living areas are located to the south side, to make best use of the views over the Lagoon and out to sea.

\r\nOn the ground floor a large open plan kitchen, dining and family room, provides relaxed modern living in a contemporary setting. The kitchen features fully equipped oak units with black granite surfaces and is extensively equipped with the latest appliances, including an American type fridge/freezer.

\r\nOn the first floor, the spacious sitting room has 3 French windows, opening onto the balcony, and has contemporary furniture with large leather sofas. All bedrooms have luxury en suite facilities, with walk in showers, heated towel rails and modern hand basins set on wooden bases.

\r\nOutdoors, the house has 2 large sun terraces equipped with comfortable sun loungers, tables and chairs for 10. With magnificent views and a tranquil location, Fora da Caixa is the perfect base to relax, to soak up the sun or enjoy the welcoming shade and to explore the fascinating Silver Coast.

\r\nThe house is 5 minutes by car to the resort of Foz do Arelho and its extensive lagoon and ocean beaches. The spa town of Caldas da Rainha, an important regional center with extensive shopping, daily fruit and vegetable market, banks, post office, medical facilities is 10 minutes by car.

- Until you have paid a deposit of 20% the property is only on hold for as long as we've stated, usually in email. After your deposit is received your booking will be confirmed by email and the property held for you subject to the conditions stated here. Only after you receive our confirmation is the booking to be regarded as firm.

- If you cancel your reservation you will be liable for cancellation fees as follows :

- Prior to 60 days before holiday - 20% deposit is forfeit.

- 40 to 59 days before holiday - forfeit 33%.

- 30 to 39 days before holiday - forfeit 50%.

- 14 to 29 days before holiday - forfeit 80%.

- 0 to 13 days before holiday - forfeit 100%.

- A cancellation is only valid when confirmed in writing by the Person who made the booking (or their next of kin in extreme Circumstances).
