Casa Encosta is a brand new luxury 3 bedroom villa with a private heated pool and superb sea views. Built and furnished to a high standard it is situated in a sought after location on Encosta do Lobo, a small development within Vale do Lobo, Europe's finest golf and beach resort. Located close to local amenities and championship golf courses, the villa is around a 10 minute walk to the beach and Praca.
Vale do Lobo itself offers top class restaurants, bars and nightlife. Family entertainment is also provided for those holidaying with young children. With all of these amenities just 10 minutes walk from the villa, there really is something for everyone!
The modern open plan lounge / dining area is tastefully decorated and has plenty of comfy seating. There is a large flat screen satellite TV. Patio doors lead to the terrace and pool area. The dining room seats 8 people comfortably.
There is a large modern fully equipped kitchen with American style fridge freezer, oven, microwave, hob and dishwasher. There is a separate utility room with a washing machine.
The Master bedroom has twin beds (can be double) and an en suite bathroom with a Jacuzzi bath and walk in shower. Patio doors lead out to a large sun terrace with superb views of the Atlantic Ocean and surrounding area.
There are two twin bedrooms on the first floor both with en-suite bathrooms with Jacuzzi baths. Patio doors lead to the large sun terrace with sea views.
On the ground floor is an office that can accommodate an extra bed if required.
The swimming pool measures 9 metres x 4 metres and can be heated for a weekly supplementary charge.
The garden area is fully enclosed and there is a brick built BBQ.
