This brand new four bedroom town house is located on the Crest Development, five minutes north of Almancil with great sea views. The development is gated, has an onsite pool and 24 hour security. The property is modern and furnished to a high standard throughout. It offers air-conditioning, under floor heating and access from the terrace to a large communal pool. Almancil is a five minute drive away and there is a selection of restaurants within walking distance. The golf courses and golden beaches of Quinta do Lago and Vale do Lobo are a ten minutes drive away while the sophisticated night life of the Vilamoura Marina is also around a ten minute drive away. The modern kitchen/dining area is fully equipped and leads to the living room which has a flat screen cable TV, DVD player and patio doors that lead to the terrace overlooking the pool and gardens and with spectacular views down to the coast. Steps from the terrace give access to the pool and garden area. The master bedroom is located on the first floor.
